We take the protection of your personal data seriously and will treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with data protection law. Our following Data Protection Notice shall help you understand how we collect, use and protect the data provided by you.
Websites
Our website may as a rule be used without providing any personal data. If any personal data (e.g. name, address, email address) are collected on our pages, this will always occur, where possible, on a voluntary basis.
However, the following personal data are automatically collected to enable us to show and improve the websites as well as to ensure their stability and security:
- Date and time of retrieval of one of our webpages
- IP address
- Name and version of the web-browser
- The website (URL) from which the user came to the retrieved page
- The website (URL) of the retrieved page
- Legal basis is our legitimate interest to operate our websites
Cookies and local storage
We use strictly necessary cookies and browser local storage to operate the website and to remember your cookie choice (stored in your browser under the key c64_cookie_consent). These are used only for website operation and do not require consent.
Beyond the strictly necessary cookies, tracking is grouped into the following categories:
- Strictly necessary — always active; website operation and saving your cookie preference.
- Analytics — always on; Google Analytics 4.
- Marketing / Sales intelligence — on by default, can be switched off; Apollo website visitor tracking.
You can review or change these choices at any time via the Cookie Settings link in the website footer. Switching the marketing category off stops Apollo from loading on subsequent page views.
Google Analytics 4
With your consent (Analytics category) we use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited. Google Analytics uses cookies and processes personal data — including your IP address (which we configure to be truncated/anonymized), device and browser information, and pages viewed — to help us understand aggregate website usage.
Google Analytics is enabled by default. We do not enable Google Ads features, ad personalization, or Google signals. Data may be transferred to and processed by Google. For details, see Google’s privacy policy.
Apollo website visitor tracking
With your consent (Marketing / Sales intelligence category) we use Apollo, a B2B sales-intelligence service provided by Apollo.io (Apollo Data, Inc.), to identify companies visiting our website and to support our sales activities.
- Provider: Apollo.io
- Purpose: B2B website visitor identification and sales intelligence
- Data categories: page visits, referrer URL, device and browser information, IP-derived company information, and potential visitor identification where available and permitted
Apollo may identify companies globally and individual people in the United States. The marketing category is on by default; Apollo loads unless you switch this category off. You can change your preferences at any time through the Cookie Settings link in the footer. For details on Apollo’s processing, please refer to Apollo’s privacy policy.
Third-Party Services
We use certain third-party services to enhance your experience on our website. Google Fonts is used to ensure consistent font rendering across devices, which may involve your browser connecting to Google servers. Additionally, we use HubSpot’s meeting calendar to streamline appointment scheduling, which may involve the processing of contact information.
For more information on data handling by these providers, please refer to Google’s privacy policy and HubSpot’s privacy policy.
